Axon Learning provides digital educational content to online courses, recorded lessons, and downloadable digital resources. No physical goods or in-person services are included.

4. Accounts & Access

You must register to access purchased courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing you authorize the use of your payment method for the purchase total in USD or GBP. Pricing and currency notices will be displayed before payment.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy . You must request refunds via contact@axonlearning.org.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, software and content remain the property of Axon Learning LTD or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal educational use. Reproduction, redistribution or resale is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not: (a) share your account login with others; (b) reproduce or distribute content; (c) use the platform for unlawful purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axon Learning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, nor for any failure to achieve academic results. Content is provided “as is”.

10. Sanctions & Restricted Regions

We do not provide services to persons or entities subject to UK, US, EU, or UN sanctions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the UK.
