At Axon Learning LTD, we aim to deliver a clear, fair, and transparent refund process for all learners who access our digital educational services. As all Axon Learning services are delivered electronically, our refund rules and conditions follow UK consumer regulations for digital content and Stripe payment compliance standards.
1. Nature of Our Services
Axon Learning provides digitally delivered educational content, including:
Online learning modules
Recorded lessons
Digital course resources and documents
We do not provide physical materials or in-person services.
All purchases grant digital access only.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
The request is submitted within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date your digital course access was activated.
You have not consumed a substantial portion of the digital content (e.g., watching the majority of classes, downloading core materials, completing modules).
Your request complies with the process outlined in Section 3.
After the 15-day period, all sales become final and non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at:
Your email must include:
Full name
Registered email address
Course name and purchase date
Order ID or payment reference
Reason for requesting a refund
Failure to provide accurate details may delay processing.
4. Evaluation Process
Once your request is received:
We will confirm receipt within 1–2 business days.
Your account activity may be reviewed to verify digital content usage.
We may request additional information if required.
A decision will be issued within 7 business days of completing the review.
Axon Learning LTD reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are processed through Stripe, our official payment processor.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement after approval.
We cannot guarantee processing times for banks or card issuers.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
The request is made after the 15-day window.
A substantial portion of digital content has been viewed or downloaded.
Access was shared with third parties (violation of Terms & Conditions).
A student fails to attend or use the service without notifying us.
Technical issues originating from a user’s device, internet connection, or browser settings prevent access.
7. Cancellation of Access by Axon Learning
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access to your digital course if:
Terms & Conditions are violated,
Fraud, misuse, or account sharing is detected,
Payment disputes or chargebacks are initiated.
Depending on the situation, no refund may be granted.
8. Course Updates, Platform Changes & Instructor Revisions
Occasionally, course content, software features, or instructors may change. These updates are part of the digital product improvement process and do not qualify for refunds.
9. Course Cancellation by Axon Learning
In the unlikely event Axon Learning LTD cancels a course entirely and cannot provide access to an equivalent digital alternative:
A full refund will be offered, or
You may opt to receive credit for another digital course.
10. Chargeback Policy
Before initiating any chargeback with your bank or card issuer, you must contact us at contact@axonlearning.org.
We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal recovery of service fees.
